Derick W. Lancaster

Mr. Lancaster’s practice focusses on insurance coverage and defense, primarily in the context of personal injury, construction defect, and commercial property, claims. Mr. Lancaster has extensive litigation experience, including nearly fifty trials to both the bench and jury. Additionally, Mr. Lancaster has participated in innumerable depositions, mediations, and motion hearings. Mr. Lancaster uses this breadth of experience to provide his clients with a proactive, made-to-measure, defense.
