Ms. Watson is a key member of the firm’s product liability, health care, drug, and medical device sections. Her trial practice involves a mixture of serious medical malpractice and product liability cases, commercial disputes, and personal injury claims. She also represents health care professionals before their respective licensing boards and before the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

Born in Tyler, Texas, raised in Kilgore and Houston, Texas.

  • Successfully represented major hospitals and health care providers in the Texas Medical Center and throughout southeast and Central Texas against professional malpractice and premises liability claims.
  • Successfully defended senior living facilities, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in wrongful death and general negligence cases, including trials.

  • Texas counsel for a leading manufacturer of on-site waste compaction and recycling systems.
  • Successfully represented commercial clients in varied disputes including products liability.

  • Served as state coordinating counsel for medical device manufacturer in complex litigation involving the defense of orthopedic medical device and latex glove claims.
  • Led early settlement team for Texas claims against medical device manufacturer.
