Mr. Bres’ practice specializes in civil litigation. He represents individuals, business entities, insurance companies and various not-for-profit organizations in defending a wide array of disputes involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, and contract disputes. Prior to practicing on the defensive side of the Bar, Stephen spent nearly a decade practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law in Austin, Texas as a solo practitioner. In addition to his work in civil litigation, Stephen also provides various pro bono legal services to fellow members of Austin’s creative class and music scene related contracts, licensing agreements, and grants.
