Since I was 10 years old I knew I wanted to be an Attorney. My ambition and dream shaped every aspect of my young life. I have been a licensed Attorney for 23 years. My primary areas of practice include insurance defense 1st and 3rd party claims, pharmaceutical and personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, transportation & trucking litigation, commercial and business litigation. In addition to doing defense work I have also have the unique experience in doing Plaintiff’s work in each of the above areas over the years. I bring to the table both perspectives and use that to my advantage in my practice.

Volunteer at The Montgomery County Food Bank
Arbitration & Mediation
Mediated a wrongful termination suit and reached an agreement between a large national medical device company and a former executive.
Commercial and Business
Represented Dallas County in ad-valorem tax disputes to benefit school districts, hospital districts, and litigated special inventory tax collection for Dallas County Tax Assessor.
Construction Litigation
Represented Houston Commercial and Residential Home Builders in breach of contract cases, home and construction warranty disputes and building and construction defects.
Insurance Law
Represented Insurance carriers in 1st party and 3rd party insurance claims involving personal injury due to motor vehicle, trucking & transportation accidents and premises liability claims involving slip and falls for large national commercial businesses.
Professional Liability
Advised Houston Chiropractor Office on settling a dispute with a former patient and complaint filed with the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Transportation/Trucking Accident Litigation
Represented Insurance carriers in 3rd party insurance claims involving personal injury due to trucking accidents involving major catastrophic injuries and fatalities.
