In his nearly 40 years of practicing law, he has gained substantial experience and has tried cases to a jury in all these areas ranging from construction defect litigation, product liability, medical malpractice, consumer litigation and first party insurance litigation. Successfully represented a siding manufacturer in a nine-week trial to the court involving claims of damage by a public utility that siding provided for a coal fired facility was defective.
Successfully represented a general contractor in a twelve-week jury trial alleging defective construction of a water treatment plant. This is the longest civil jury trial in Williamson County, Texas.
