Since law school, Carole has practiced in a number of different areas of practice including health law, regulatory law, commercial litigation, first party insurance litigation, and insurance defense and has also worked in house as Associate General Counsel for a health care company.

Carole’s academic background is in health care law, she holds a Master of Laws (LL.M. degree) in health law from the University of Houston as well as a PhD from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston with a specialization in Bioethics.
