Mr. Dye concentrates his practice in insurance law, products liability, trucking and transportation, and construction litigation. The attorney, who has handled all facets of litigation from the pre-lawsuit phase through trial, has extensive experience in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, primarily in the commercial trucking industry. In addition, he has successfully handled premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death and uninsured motorist cases.
A 2020 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Mr. Dye was president of his class each year and then president of the entire student body in his final year. While a law student, he competed on seven national advocacy teams and represented the U.S. at the 2019 ABA International Negotiations competition in Tokyo, where his team finished fifth in the world.
Prior to law school, Mr. Dye was Assistant Director of a Nursing Support Services Department at a Lubbock, Texas hospital, where he spent four years. He also worked for an oil and gas company during college, gaining vast experience within the firm’s Risk Management Department. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Tech University.
An avid golfer and baseball fan, Mr. Dye has visited 24 of the 30 Major League Baseball ballparks.
