Of Counsel
Houston

I am 23 year 10 month year veteran of the Harris County Attorney’s Office with extensive bench trial and jury trial experience and a winning track record, having tried hundreds of contested bench trials and evidentiary hearings and dozens of jury trials in Harris County. During my service to Harris County, I defended elected officials, Peace Officers, and county agencies in employment litigation, civil rights litigation, and tort claims act cases. I also represented Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, prosecuting child abuse and child neglect cases in child custody and termination of parental rights trials. After retiring from Harris County in December 2020, I joined a Texas based multi-city defense firm, gaining experience in personal and commercial auto accident, trucking accident, construction defect, and premises liability cases.
