An established and versatile trial attorney, Ms. Culver Baker has a successful track record that has spanned over 20 years in a broad range of litigation areas. Ms. Culver Baker, who joined Pappas Grubbs Price PC in 2020 as Of Counsel, has managed and served as lead counsel on hundreds of cases from inception to trial or resolution in both federal and state courts throughout Texas. She has represented both corporate and nonprofit defendants and plaintiffs in matters involving complex business litigation, contract interpretation, trademark infringement, construction defects, ad valorem taxation, landlord/tenant (including defending Fair Housing complaints), insurance defense, land use, fiduciary duty obligations, standards of care for both licensed professionals and nonprofit boards of directors, transportation and trucking, Dram Shop, OSHA, premises liability and other catastrophic personal injury.

In addition to her trial and appellate experience, Ms. Culver Baker has served as counsel to corporations, government entities and individuals in the transactional arena. She has drafted and negotiated contracts, including land use, shareholder, and buy-sell and stock purchase agreements. She works to provide her clients with practical and efficient solutions to resolve disputes, often avoiding litigation all together. Ms. Culver Baker is a proud native of Fort Bend County and long-time resident of Houston.
