Born June 20, 1977 in San Jose, California. Adam’s focus over the last eighteen years has been in insurance defense litigation primarily in trucking cases, automobile injury cases, and construction defect litigation, including cases involving industrial, commercial, and residential structures.
Insurance Defense Litigation
Adam has represented hundreds and hundreds of insureds while handling a wide variety of cases for insurance clients, including premises liability cases, automobile accident cases, products liability cases, defamation and disparagement cases, and copyright and trademark infringement cases.
