Janice represents clients in a broad array of areas with her practice primarily focusing on insurance defense, construction defect premises liability, products liability, transportation liability, and other general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Janice practiced in Austin and Houston representing commercial and non-commercial clients in a myriad of civil litigation disputes including third-party and UM/UIM motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, bad-faith insurance claims, contract disputes, coverage opinions, DTPA disputes, premises and products liability, and construction defect. While in law school, Janice facilitated mediations for the Harris County Justice Courts through the Dispute Resolution Center after completing the certified mediation training at South Texas College of Law Houston. Janice’s broad range of experience allows her to maintain positive client relations while providing effective defense strategies to meet clients’ needs.
