Raven is originally from Pasadena, Ca., the proud daughter of two dentists and the first-generation lawyer in her family. She has worked in several areas of the law, but over the past three years, she has primarily focused on insurance defense in her litigation practice. After graduating law school, Raven was a clerk for Judge Michael Rankin in Washington, D.C. and federal district judge Reggie R. Walton and in her second year of practice, served as first chair in an arbitration trial.

After working on the Plaintiff’s side, litigating high-dollar personal injury cases involving commercial entities and individual drivers, Raven switched to insurance defense side three years ago. She has extensive experience applying aggressive tactics obtain the discovery needed to properly prepare affirmative defenses in the event trial is needed and conducting thorough assessments of Plaintiff’s damages model. She has a passion on drafting work product and has successfully argued motions to compel and a few motions for summary judgment at the state level.

Represented a restaurant in a premises liability claim.
 

Insurance Law

Represented commercial insurance company in a direct action re 20 million judgment against the named insure.

Labor & Employment

Represented at least 21 class members in lawsuit involving religious discrimination claims during the pandemic

Transportation and Trucking Accident Litigation

Represented a multinational trucking transportation commercial entity with allegations of negligence, negligent entrustment. Negligent negligence per se, negligent training, negligent supervision, respondeat superior.
