 
							As a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Kuldanek has been a practicing attorney since 2009 when he was licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts throughout Texas.
Mr. Kuldanek’s legal experience began in the insurance industry as in-house counsel for a large insurance carrier and continued as outside counsel representing insurers and insureds in first-party and third-party matters. Additionally, he has represented businesses and individuals in matters consisting of personal injury, breach of contract, premises liability, products liability, transportation liability, construction defect, and other various actions in state and federal courts throughout Texas.
Mr. Kuldanek’s practice currently focuses on defending clients in a wide variety of disputes primarily consisting of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and construction defects.
Arbitration and Mediation
Successfully mediated numerous disputes, including premises liability, product liability, automobile liability, breach of contract, and construction defects.
Lead attorney in construction defect arbitrations from inception to issuance of final award, including presenting defense in final evidentiary hearing, and preparing pre- and post-hearing briefings and motions.
Commercial and Business
Represented a number of businesses in a variety of disputes, including alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and tortious interference with contracts.
Construction Litigation
Handled a wide variety of construction defect claims on behalf of clients, including cases involving residential and commercial construction projects. Such as:
Securing Summary Judgment in favor of an multi-family residential housing owner and manager concerning a serious injury to a contractor’s employee that occurred during construction.
Obtaining a favorable settlement involving a multi-million dollar construction dispute between a general contractor and the owner of a large apartment complex.
Energy and Petrochemical
Represented various oil and gas companies, offshore E&O service providers and their insurers in contract, maritime, admiralty, and other various actins in state and federal courts.
Litigated and successfully defended claims involving the Jones Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
Insurance Law
In-house counsel for a multi-state automobile insurance carrier representing carrier’s and its insureds interests.
Represented and defended insurance carriers in disputes concerning first-party claims based upon residential and commercial property damage, automobile accidents, including large ride-share corporations.
Transportation and Trucking
Represented numerous businesses and employees/contractors involved in automobile and trucking accidents, including large nation-wide ride-share platforms obtaining client’s dismissal via summary judgment, mediation, and informal settlement negotiations.
