Represented trucking company in mandamus proceeding to preclude production of net worth discovery on gross negligence claim; Represented clients in employment litigation securing death penalty sanctions
Appellate
Defended a frac sand company against its board of directors in a corporate dispute with the majority shareholder. In defending the company, Mr. Noel sought a summary judgment for $60 Million Dollars from the Board of Directors for conversion. The case was successfully settled prior to the hearing.
Commercial and Business
Successfully defended long term acute care facility in health care liability claim to minimize exposure.

Secured take nothing judgment for trucking company in Harris County, Texas
Transportation/Trucking Accident Litigation
Successfully defended maritime company in high stakes personal injury claim in which upheld defense and indemnity protection in contested third party matter.
